Suiza, la fábrica de chocolate y el Alimentarium / Switzerland, chocolate factory and the Alimentarium

Buenos días!

     Hoy tenemos un post diferente, queremos compartir con vosotros una experiencia única que vivimos el pasado fin de semana, ¡48h en Suiza! Un país, no sé si para comerselo ( bueno sí, jeje que el queso suizo y sus típicos chocolates son una tentación!), pero sí para visitarlo y perderte entre sus paisajes.

      Volamos a Ginebra, una ciudad pequeñita llena de lujo y encanto y desde allí hicimos un pequeño recorrido alrededor del Lago Leman, el lago más grande de suiza. Laussane, Montreux y entre medias un pequeño en extensión pero gran ciudad ¡VEVEY! 

       Vevey es conocida porque en ella pasó los últimos años de vida y falleció el gran Carles Chaplin, y por tener la famosa fábrica de Nestlé. De esta ciudad es Daniel Peter, el famoso chocolatero suizo que elaboró por primera vez las famosas "tabletas de chocolate"y que junto con la colaboración con el empresario que Henri Nestlé (Empresario de leches para bebé) elaboraron las "tabletas de chocolate con leche".      Pero para mejor suerte, en esta ciudad también se encuentra el "Museo de la Alimentación" de la fundación Nestlé o "Alimentarim" , un museo atípico, divertido, familiar y ¡ muy interesante! que recomiendo para todas las personas sin distinción de edad.

    Allí pudimos ver un gran huerto con un monton de frutas, hortalizas, cereales, verduras, especias, cada una muy bien catalogada, la evolución de la cocina desde el hombre de Neardental..Juegos para los niños para aprender a llevar una alimentación saludable, talleres de cocina...¡ Un planazo!

Good morning!

      Today we have a different post , we wnat to share with you a unique experience we lived the past weekend, 48h in Switzerland! A country to eat (typical Swiss cheese and chocolates are a temptation!), but also great to visit and get lost in his landscapes.

      We flew to Geneva , a city full of tiny luxury and charm and from there we did a little tour around Lake Geneva , the largest lake in switzerland . Lausanne , Montreux and in between a small in size but big city Vevey!

       Vevey is known because she spent the last years of life and died, the great Carles Chaplin, and because they have the famous Nestlé factory. From this city is Daniel Peter , the famous Swiss chocolate maker, who was the first who made the famous "chocolate bars" and together with the collaboration with businessman Henri Nestlé (Entrepreneur baby milks) developed the "milk chocolate tablet " .     But for better luck in this city also houses the "Museum of Food" Nestlé Foundation or "Alimentarim" an unusual museum, fun, family, and very interesting! I recommend to all people regardless of age.

    There we could see a big garden with lots of fruits, vegetables, cereals, legumes, spices, each very well cataloged, the evolution of the kitchen from the Neanderthal man .. Games for kids to learn to keep a healthy diet, cooking workshops ... A nice plan!
