Hoy en Educa tu dieta, os proponemos una dieta hipocalórica, sencilla, variada y equilibrado, y no más importante fácil de seguir para perder esos kilitos de más ganados durante las vacaciones de verano.
Antes de comenzar una dieta debemos hacer " exámen de conciencia" y ser consciente de nuestra situación. Puedo hablar desde la propia experiencia que cuando cogemos peso intentamos buscar explicaciones ajenas que nos eximan de alguna manera de culpa de ese aumento en la báscula. No nos encontramos felices con nosotros mismos e intentamos buscar a ese culpable de nuestra infelicidad, a veces buscamos culpables en medicaciones, en supuestos problemas metabólicos... Es cierto, que sí existen situaciones patológicas que provocan aumento de peso, pero a la vez que podemos recurrir a pruebas, debemos observar si es verdad que nuestro aumento de peso no es consecuencia de una sobreingesta alimentaria.
¿Cómo podemos hacerlo? Os propongo el truco del "cuaderno", y apuntar durante el día todo aquello que comemos, sin trampillas ¿eh? que eso ya me lo sé yo, que lo he hecho alguna vez. ;-)
Una vez seamos consecuentes ( si es nuestro caso) de que picamos entre horas, mientras cocinamos, que nos servimos varias veces un plato, chuches, dulces, salsas, refrescos azucarados...Tendremos entonces que decidir si queremos cambiar esos hábitos hacia unos hábitos más saludables, y si es así, aquí os dejamos un planning para comenzar esa nueva vida.

Os recordamos que todos los meses os damos para no caer en la rutina un nuevo planning y que podéis ver otros post anteriores con otras propuestas.Y que por supuesto, en toda dieta debemos beber 2 litros de agua y nunca dejar de lado el ejercicio físico.

Today in Educatudieta , we propose a low calorie diet , simple, varied and balanced, and the most important thing, easy to follow to lose those extra pounds gained during the summer holidays .
Before starting a diet, we must do an "examination of conscience" and be aware of our situation. I can speak from experience that when you gain weight try to look beyond explanations that somehow absolve us of guilt of that increase on the scale. We are not happy with ourselves and try to find the guilty of our unhappiness , sometimes we blame on medications , metabolic problems in cases ... It is true, that do exist pathological situations that cause weight gain, but also we can use circumstantial evidence , we must see if it is true that our weight gain is not due to a food binge .
How can we do ? I propose the "notebook" trick, and aim for the day all that we eat, without flaps huh? ;-)
Once we are consistent (if our case) that eating between meals , while cooking , which we fill several times the dish, sweets , candies, sauces , sugary soft drinks ... We will then have to decide if we want to change those habits into habits healthier , and if so , here you have one planning to start new life.
